It was a privilege to create this complex incentive with the team of Intercrac which was all about creativity, details, timings… surprising an experienced group. You didn’t just manage to do it, you even exceeded the expectations! Couldn’t have been better! Krakau surprised each and every one of the group (80 people) ourselves included! Thanks to your team we discovered the best parts of this beautiful town. I got hold of client today and as you already know they are very very happy with the trip to Krakow. Everything worked out so well – and the group really enjoyed the stay and program. They loved the hotel and the good location and I think they were all surprised about the many special arrangements you can do in Krakow – so they are really happy. Client said she heard many say – they were not aware Krakow is such a pearl. All excursions went very well – the cyclists were really happy and Lene says the Communism tour was so much fun and fantastic guides. Of course they were also VERY impressed by the Salt Mine that was so much bigger than they imagined and really good service. All meals went well – and of course they found the Palace a very good farewell dinner – with the horse carriages and the beautiful setup. And the entertainment was a bit hit  I was pretty sure it was the exact right choice… cause for sure Red Heals is something to remember and something a bit different compared to the more classical choice. In addition to this – client especially express her gratitude to you and the staff. You did a fantastic job and client is so happy about your job. It meant a lot to her that you were always there – always in good mood and group members also liked the personal service and attention very much. So take this as a big personal thank. Also from me – a big thank you to you. I know I maybe challenge you with details and questions. And I really enjoyed working with you and your efficiency.

We were so happy to work with all of you during the event!! Everybody was standby, everything went very well, you all did a good job. Please present our thanks to the whole team of Intercrac, the guides…. So many of you. We are looking forward to work with you again in the future!
