In addition, although it cannot be compared with Kraków or Gdansk in this respect, there are some lovely nooks and corners, valuable churches and palaces, a great number of museums, galleries, cinemas, restaurants and cafes. Most attractive monuments are concentrated along the so-called King’s Route – the streets connecting the Old Town, the Royal Palace and the Łazienki with the King Jan III Sobieski residence in Wilanów situated on the outskirts.
